Lilacs

It's that time of year again. The lilacs are opening and they (besides the violet) are my favorite flower. When they are in bloom I always keep a big vase of them next to my bed. I also have lilacs planted around all the windows so no matter which way the wind blows I always get a whiff of their perfume.
