While in Tokyo, I took a taxi on a rainy day and was treated to many sight including this particular scene of a bustling corner that was not at all slowed down by the weather. I loved the effect through the windshield as it created an image that captured the hazy atmosphere accentuated with the lights of the other passing vehicles and the street lights.
