Sweet Annie

"Sweet Annie" is an oil on wood panel painting. This painting holds a special place in my art for its materials and subject matter. The materials are paint that I obtained from a store in Italy, long on my bucket list, called Zecchi Colori Belle Arts. This paint I saved was saving for a special occasion and finally found it in my baby sister. Using the bright blue color to show her vibrancy for life against a muted background. I poured all my love into portraying her blissful innocence that can only be found in our childhoods.
